A native of Hamden, Connecticut, Brian Rhone brings more than 10 years of experience coaching and developing baseball players of all ages and skill levels.

Brian began his baseball career at Notre Dame High School, where he was a member of the 2011 Connecticut State Championship team. He continued his playing career at Newbury College as a middle infielder, earning NECC All-Academic Honors during his collegiate career.

Following his playing career, Brian transitioned into coaching and player development. He previously served as both Program Director and Facility Director for the CT Bombers, where he played a key role in developing players and overseeing the program's day-to-day baseball operations. He also served as a Varsity Assistant Coach at Hamden Hall Country Day School.

With more than a decade of experience in player development, Brian brings a knowledgeable, patient, and detail-oriented approach to instruction, helping athletes build strong fundamentals, improve their understanding of the game, and develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed at the next level.
