Rudy Baez brings more than nine years of coaching and player development experience, working with athletes across a wide range of ages and skill levels.

A former collegiate catcher at Newbury College, Rudy transitioned into coaching and has spent his career working with players through the Next Level Blue Jays and Boston Prime Baseball programs. His experience includes coaching multiple age groups as well as working with local Little League programs, instructional clinics, and Extra Innings camps, allowing him to work with players ranging from age seven through the high school level.

In 2021, Rudy was named General Manager of Extra Innings Watertown, where he oversees the facility's day-to-day operations while remaining actively involved in coaching, instruction, camps, clinics, and player development.

Rudy specializes in catching, hitting, and fielding instruction, with an emphasis on building strong fundamentals, improving baseball IQ, and helping players become more confident and well-rounded athletes. His experience working with players at different stages of development allows him to adapt his instruction to each athlete's age, ability, and individual goals.
